Hello, and welcome! I'm Lindsey Glover. This site contains a selection of current and past works, as well as my monthly photo blog, Love of Trees. I'm a digital media artist, and I’ve worked in art and technology for over twenty years. My multi-media works include photography, printmaking, video, and installation, though my current practice is more photography-based.

I'm a 2008 graduate of the MFA program at Cornell University, College of Architecture, Art, and Planning. As a graduate student at Cornell, I received the inaugural Margaret Bourke-White Photography Portfolio Prize, a juried award for a photographic portfolio, and the John Hartell Graduate Award, awarded for excellence in studio practice.

I received my BFA from the New York College of Ceramics at Alfred University, School of Art and Design (2005) where my interest in digital art and technology began.

I've been awarded a Saltonstall Foundation fellowship, an Experimental Projects Residency at the Institute of Electronics at Alfred University, and the Ucross Foundation residency in Wyoming. I've shown my works on paper and projection installations in Philadelphia, Providence, R.I., Portland, Ore., Jackson Hole, Wyo., and internationally in Germany.

I have ten years of experience managing a fine art digital printing lab within the College of AAP at Cornell University. I have also held visiting teaching positions in visual art through the School of Continuing Education at Cornell University and as a lecturer at Wells College in Aurora, NY.

In 2023, I was a visiting curator at the Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts (Trumansburg, NY) in which I organized a photographic and sculptural exhibition titled Farm + Auto that included the work of nine artists and selected artifacts.

I’m also working on a photo-based children's book about the life of plants and the wisdom they can share. The images are created from collections taken from woodland and garden landscapes (such as moss, leaves, and ferns), and reimagined in a new context, and the wood type used for the text in Choose With Love was sourced from the Wells Book Arts Center.

I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Constance Saltonstall Foundation for the Arts (Ithaca, NY).

My home and studio are located in Trumansburg, NY (north of Ithaca), where I live with my husband (the musician Louiston), our son, and our Shetland Sheepdog.
