Hello, and welcome! I'm Lindsey Glover. This site contains a selection of current and past works, as well as my monthly photoblog, Love of Trees.. My bio is below, giving you a glimpse of my professional accomplishments. I'm also a wife and mother of a four-year-old son.

Glover has worked in art and technology for over twenty years. Her multi-media works include photography, printmaking, video, and installation. Her artwork is primarily land-based, investigating the impact of our choices and our interconnectedness with the land and one another. Her work addresses environmental issues and the contributing factors to understand better how to move forward in a meaningful, compassionate way.

Most recently, Glover has completed a photo-based children's book about the life of plants and the wisdom they can share.

Glover has shown her works on paper and projection installations in Philadelphia, Providence, R.I., Portland, Ore., Jackson Hole, Wyo., and internationally in Germany.

She has received a Saltonstall Foundation fellowship, an Experimental Projects Residency at the Institute of Electronics at Alfred University, and a Ucross Foundation residency in Wyoming.

Glover is a 2008 graduate of the MFA program at Cornell University, College of Architecture, Art, and Planning. While in the graduate program, she received the Margaret Bourke-White Photography Portfolio Prize, a juried award for a photographic portfolio. She was awarded the John Hartell Graduate Award for excellence in studio practice, which she shared with the painter Alika Herreshoff (also a nature-lover at heart).

She received her BFA from NYSCC at Alfred University, School of Art and Design, in 2005, where her interest in digital art and technology began.

Glover has ten years of experience managing a fine art digital printing lab at Cornell (College of AAP). She's assisted in many projects in a student-support role for I.T. Solutions. She has worked as faculty for Cornell University Precollege Program and a facilitator for the eCornell Digital Photography Certificate Program. She's completed a Technology Leadership Certificate from Cornell when working in online instruction. Glover has been a recurring lecturer in the Visual Art program at Wells College, teaching digital photography and fundamentals of art and design. The wood type used for the text in Choose With Love came from the Wells Book Arts Center.
